Lunch Date!

B had a half day last week and it's our tradition to go out to eat for lunch, after I pick him up. He chooses the same place each time and orders the same thing. Give the boy hummus and pita and he's a happy camper.

We laugh each time he gets it because it's the only time he stops talking and he devours it like I haven't feed him for days. When I was pregnant with him and couldn't eat anything for 9 months, my home care nurse suggested trying hummus and pita, so if I could keep it down it would give me lots of protein. Well, it was the only thing that I could eat and keep down the whole 9 months and to this day it's B's favorite food.
